Buyer centric funnel is a step by step process of approaching the customers by going through each of them particularly. It’s a buyer’s journey that influences them to buy a particular product. Many business people try to directly sell the product which is their biggest mistake, leading to wastage of both time and money along with flashing in the pan. Each stage of the funnel has its own specificity.

The process to design the funnel.

1) Awareness Its human psychology that we don’t usually trust the ones with whom we don’t have good acquaintance and thereby don’t approach them. So, we have to begin by building content considering all possibilities either favorable or non-favorable, when done with noting ups and downs, create or discuss how can we fix the downs by discussing the benefits that people can get from it, without actually mentioning the product. And now we are ready to advertise the product. Answer as many concerns as possible to pull them through friction to get to wow and boost up their confidence without any risk being there in buying.

2) Consideration This step is mainly focused on generating the lead. One must not ask for leads at the very first step of the funnel. In the second step of the process, we need to start creating a lead magnet by giving product information, free trials, or demos and therefore nurture the customers through different mediums be it remarketing, reminding valuable content through different platforms. We can also use the feedbacks of previous customers to build faith and authority among customers. In the same nurturing process, we need to exactly know what triggered them to buy the product for instance, one will go to get the backup service software only if the person software has been crashed. And through this, the seller can get into buyers’ head. Customer's work must be lowered and clear demonstration from the experts should be given for the clearance that’s blocking the buying process as well as the funnel. A funnel is primarily governed by two primary layers; top-funnel flow i.e. quantity and conversion rate which later is governed by key metrics.

3) Purchase/Final Thought Before looking for profit, the seller needs to work on proper investments so that the quality won't down lift the customer's choice in terms of selecting and therefore buying the product. But after going into the specificity of each step carefully the seller can manage to convince the customer to come onto mutual benefit of both. By reaching this step, the chances are higher than the buyer is satisfied by now to buy the product and get their email to provide more info but it must be spam free and therefore make them permanent customers.
